Hello
After finally learning ArcGIS 9.0 I am now using ArcGIS 10 and still trying to get to grips with it. Sadly I cannot concentrate on GIS 100% to learn quickly. :|
I am trying to mark various buffer sizes around a certain area but the buffer tool is not being highlighted. I have added it into ArcCatalog and creating buffer points. I am ensuring the correct selectables are selected. When I start editing the message states ‘ No editable layers’. Where am I going wrong?
